Eloralintide 5mg

Eloralintide (LY3841136) is an investigational once-weekly injectable selective amylin receptor agonist developed by Eli Lilly for obesity treatment. It mimics the hormone amylin to promote satiety, reduce food intake, and support weight loss, with greater receptor selectivity than earlier analogs that may improve tolerability. In a Phase 2 trial, it produced dose-dependent weight loss of roughly 9–20% over 48 weeks (versus ~0.4% with placebo) and was generally well tolerated; it is not yet FDA-approved and is advancing into Phase 3 studies.
