Tesamorelin 2mg

A stabilised analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone approved as Egrifta for reducing visceral fat — the deep abdominal fat around the organs — in HIV-associated lipodystrophy, where it cut visceral fat by around 15-18% in trials. It raises the body's own growth hormone and IGF-1 within the normal range rather than above it. It is also studied for fat in the liver and for cognition in older adults, where it improved several measures of memory and executive function. Available from 2mg to 20mg.
