0–9
5-amino-1MQ
Small molecule (NNMT inhibitor)
A small molecule that blocks NNMT, an enzyme abundant in fat tissue that quietly consumes two things cells need: nicotinamide (a building block of NAD+) and the methyl donor SAM. Inhibiting it leaves more of both available, nudging fat cells away from storage and toward burning energy. In diet-induced obese mice it reduced fat mass and improved metabolic markers without changing how much the animals ate, and separate work has looked at its ability to restore function in aged muscle stem cells. It is studied for fat metabolism, weight regulation and cellular NAD+ support. Unlike most of this list it is not a peptide but a conventional small molecule.
A
Acetic Acid 0.6% (reagent)
Solvent / reagent
A dilute acid used as a reconstitution solvent for certain hard-to-dissolve peptides.
Adamax
Nootropic peptide (Semax analog)
A synthetic derivative of Semax carrying an added adamantane group, a modification intended to make it more stable in the body and longer-acting than the parent compound. The Semax family descends from a short fragment of ACTH stripped of hormonal activity, and is known for raising BDNF and NGF — the brain's own growth and maintenance factors — and for effects on attention, memory formation and resilience under stress. Adamax is marketed in the nootropic research space for those same cognitive and neuroprotective effects with a longer duration per dose. Its profile is largely inferred from the extensive Semax literature rather than studies of its own.
Adipotide (FTPP)
Peptidomimetic
A peptidomimetic designed to remove fat tissue by cutting off its blood supply rather than by changing appetite or metabolism. It homes to prohibitin, a protein displayed on the blood vessels that feed white fat, and once bound it triggers those vessel cells to self-destruct, so the fat they served is starved and resorbed. In rhesus monkeys it produced rapid, substantial fat loss and improved insulin sensitivity within weeks, and it is studied as a targeted approach to obesity that works on the tissue itself.
AHK-Cu
Copper peptide (cosmetic)
A tripeptide (alanine-histidine-lysine) bound to copper, closely related to GHK-Cu but studied mainly for hair. In cell studies it stimulates dermal papilla cells — the cluster at the base of each follicle that directs hair growth — and increases VEGF, the growth factor that brings blood supply to the follicle, while reducing DKK-1, a protein that signals follicles to stop growing. The net effect in research is a longer growth phase and thicker fibres. It is used in cosmetic serums and scalp formulations for hair density and, like other copper peptides, for collagen support in skin.
AICAR
AMPK activator (metabolic)
An analogue of AMP that switches on AMPK, the enzyme cells use to sense when energy is low. Activating it mimics the state of a muscle mid-workout: glucose uptake rises, fat is burned for fuel and cells build more mitochondria. It became famous when sedentary mice given AICAR ran about 44% farther than untreated mice without any training, which earned it the label "exercise in a pill". It is studied for endurance, metabolic disease, insulin sensitivity and protecting tissue during reduced blood flow, and is one of the reference compounds in exercise-mimetic research.
AOD9604
hGH fragment (metabolic)
A fragment of human growth hormone — amino acids 176 to 191, the tail region thought to carry GH's fat-burning action — separated from the parts responsible for growth and IGF-1 release. In fat cells it stimulates lipolysis (breaking stored fat down) and suppresses lipogenesis (laying new fat down) without affecting blood sugar or appetite. It went through human clinical trials as an anti-obesity agent and has also been studied for cartilage and joint repair. It is known as a way to target fat metabolism specifically rather than the whole growth-hormone axis.
ARA290 (Cibinetide)
EPO-derived peptide
An eleven-amino-acid peptide taken from a small helix of erythropoietin (EPO) and engineered to activate EPO's tissue-protective receptor without the red-blood-cell effects that make EPO itself unsuitable for long-term use. That receptor sits on nerve, immune and vascular cells and, when triggered, dampens inflammation and supports repair. It is best known from trials in small-fibre neuropathy — the nerve damage behind burning pain in sarcoidosis and diabetes — where it improved nerve-fibre density and pain scores. It is also studied for wound healing and metabolic inflammation.
B
Bacteriostatic Water (0.9% benzyl alcohol)
Reconstitution solvent
Sterile water preserved with 0.9% benzyl alcohol, used to reconstitute freeze-dried peptides. The preservative lets a vial be drawn from more than once over a period of weeks rather than being single-use.
BPC-157
Healing / recovery peptide
Body Protection Compound-157, a fifteen-amino-acid sequence derived from a protective protein in human gastric juice, and one of the most extensively studied recovery peptides in animal research. It has been tested across tendon-to-bone healing, ligament and muscle tears, bone fractures, gut-lining injury including ulcers and colitis, and protection against damage from anti-inflammatory drugs. It appears to work by promoting new blood-vessel growth into injured tissue, increasing growth-factor receptors at the site, and steadying nitric-oxide signalling. It is the cornerstone of the injury-recovery space and is available in both injectable and oral research forms.
BPC-157 + TB-500 (blend)
Healing peptide blend
The two most popular recovery peptides combined in one vial, often called the "Wolverine stack". The pairing is deliberate: BPC-157 acts locally, driving blood-vessel growth and growth-factor signalling at the site of an injury, while TB-500 acts systemically, regulating actin to let repair cells migrate and reducing inflammation across the body. Together they cover tendon, ligament, muscle, gut and general recovery in a single protocol, which is why the blend is used after injuries and surgery and during heavy training blocks.
BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu (blend)
Healing peptide blend
The BPC-157 and TB-500 recovery pairing with GHK-Cu added for the tissue that repair peptides alone do not address well: skin and connective tissue. GHK-Cu drives collagen and elastin production and remodels scar tissue, so the three together aim at injuries where the quality of the healed tissue matters — post-surgical recovery, skin damage, and joints where cartilage and connective tissue are involved. It is sold as a single 70mg research blend.
C
Cagrilintide
Amylin analog (metabolic)
A long-acting analogue of amylin, the hormone the pancreas releases alongside insulin at meals to signal fullness, slow stomach emptying and steady blood sugar. A fatty-acid chain lets it bind to albumin in the blood and last a week per dose. On its own it produced around 10% weight loss over 26 weeks in trials, and because it works on satiety through a different pathway from the GLP-1 class it is commonly paired with semaglutide, where the two effects add together. It is one of the amylin analogues at the centre of current obesity research.
Cagrilintide + Semaglutide (CagriSema)
Amylin + GLP-1 combo
Cagrilintide and semaglutide in one combination, developed on the principle that two hunger pathways are better than one: semaglutide acts on GLP-1 receptors while cagrilintide acts on amylin receptors, and together they suppress appetite more than either alone. In Phase 3 REDEFINE trials the combination produced roughly 20-23% weight loss at 68 weeks in people with obesity, ahead of semaglutide by itself. It is studied for obesity and type 2 diabetes and is available here at matched doses of 2.5mg+2.5mg or 5mg+5mg.
CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin (blend)
GH secretagogue blend
The most widely used growth-hormone stack, combining two peptides that hit the pituitary from different angles. CJC-1295 without DAC is a GHRH analogue that tells the pituitary to release growth hormone; ipamorelin is a ghrelin-receptor agonist that amplifies that pulse. Taken together they produce a larger, more natural GH release than either alone, while ipamorelin's selectivity keeps cortisol, prolactin and appetite largely unaffected. It is used for the goals associated with healthy GH output: recovery, body composition, sleep quality and connective-tissue repair.
CJC-1295 with DAC
GHRH analog (growth hormone)
A growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analogue fitted with a Drug Affinity Complex, a chemical group that binds the peptide to albumin in the blood so it circulates for around a week instead of minutes. The result is a sustained rise in growth hormone and IGF-1 rather than a brief pulse: in human studies a single dose raised GH two- to ten-fold and IGF-1 one-and-a-half- to three-fold for days. It is studied and used where a steady, low-maintenance elevation of the GH axis is wanted — recovery, body composition and age-related decline in GH output.
CJC-1295 without DAC (Mod GRF 1-29)
GHRH analog (growth hormone)
The first 29 amino acids of growth-hormone-releasing hormone with four substitutions that stop it breaking down too quickly, giving a half-life of around half an hour. Each dose triggers a discrete pulse of growth hormone from the pituitary, mimicking the body's natural rhythm rather than holding GH high continuously. It is preferred by those who want to preserve normal pulsatility and feedback, and is almost always paired with a secretagogue such as ipamorelin to enlarge the pulse.
D
Dihexa
Nootropic peptide
A small peptide developed from angiotensin IV at Washington State University and studied for its ability to form new connections between neurons. In laboratory assays it was reported to be many orders of magnitude more potent than BDNF at driving synaptogenesis, and it works through the HGF/c-Met pathway, a growth-factor system involved in repair. It crosses the blood-brain barrier and is orally active, and in animal models of Alzheimer's-type impairment it restored learning and memory performance. It is studied for cognitive enhancement, neuroprotection and recovery of brain function.
DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide)
Neuropeptide (sleep)
A nine-amino-acid neuropeptide first isolated from the brains of rabbits during induced sleep, named for its ability to promote delta-wave — deep, slow-wave — sleep. It is studied for normalising disturbed sleep patterns, improving sleep quality rather than simply causing sedation, lowering stress-hormone output, and modulating pain and withdrawal symptoms. It appears to act as a regulator of the sleep system rather than a sedative, which is what distinguishes it from conventional sleep aids.
E
Eloralintide
Weight Loss
Eloralintide (development code LY3841136) is a once-weekly injectable obesity drug being developed by Eli Lilly. It's a synthetic analog of human amylin — a pancreatic hormone involved in satiety — modified in its amino acid chain to give it a long enough half-life for weekly dosing. What distinguishes it from earlier amylin analogs is selectivity: it preferentially activates the human amylin 1 receptor (AMY1R) over AMY3R and the calcitonin receptor, and in rodent studies produced significantly less conditioned taste avoidance than cagrilintide, a non-selective amylin agonist. The practical effect is appetite suppression and weight loss driven mainly by fat mass reduction, and is generally better tolerated than the GLP-1 class. In a 12-week Phase 1 multiple-ascending-dose study in 100 people with obesity or overweight, weight reductions ranged from 2.6% to 11.3% across dose groups. A 48-week Phase 2 trial in 263 participants across 46 US sites reported clinically meaningful, dose-dependent weight loss and good overall tolerability, published in The Lancet in November 2025. Lilly is studying it both as monotherapy and in combination with tirzepatide, with Phase 3 monotherapy studies planned.
Epithalon (Epitalon)
Bioregulator peptide (anti-aging)
A synthetic four-amino-acid peptide based on epithalamin, a substance produced by the pineal gland whose output falls with age. It is the best-known of the Russian "bioregulator" peptides and is studied for activating telomerase and lengthening telomeres in cell cultures, restoring melatonin production and circadian rhythm in older animals, and extending lifespan in mice. Long-term human cohorts followed by Khavinson's group reported improved markers of ageing and reduced mortality, and it remains the reference compound in longevity peptide research.
F
FOXO4-DRI
Senolytic peptide
A peptide built to clear senescent cells — old cells that have stopped dividing but linger, pumping out inflammatory signals that degrade the tissue around them. Senescent cells survive by binding the protein FOXO4 to p53; FOXO4-DRI breaks that bond, freeing p53 to trigger the cell's self-destruction while leaving healthy cells alone. In aged mice it restored fitness, fur density and kidney function. It belongs to the senolytic class and is studied for tissue rejuvenation and the biology of ageing.
G
GHK-Cu
Copper peptide (cosmetic / healing)
A naturally occurring copper tripeptide (glycine-histidine-lysine) found in plasma, saliva and urine, whose levels fall steeply with age. It is studied for wound healing, collagen and elastin production, skin remodelling, hair growth and reducing inflammation, and gene-expression work by Pickart's group found it shifts thousands of genes toward a younger profile. It is one of the most widely used peptides in skincare and is studied injectably for healing and recovery. Available here in 50mg and 100mg vials.
GHRP-2
GH secretagogue
A six-amino-acid growth-hormone-releasing peptide that acts on the ghrelin receptor to trigger a strong pulse of growth hormone from the pituitary. Because it works through the ghrelin pathway it also raises appetite, and it produces a modest rise in cortisol and prolactin alongside GH. It has been used clinically as a diagnostic test for growth-hormone deficiency and is studied for body composition, recovery and appetite stimulation.
GHRP-6
GH secretagogue
The first of the growth-hormone-releasing peptides, and the one with the strongest effect on hunger. It triggers a large GH pulse via the ghrelin receptor and is studied for growth-hormone deficiency, muscle wasting and cachexia, where its appetite effect is an asset, and it has also shown protective effects on heart and other tissues in animal models. It is used where GH stimulation and appetite are both wanted.
Glutathione
Antioxidant tripeptide
A tripeptide of glutamate, cysteine and glycine, and the body's principal antioxidant inside cells. It neutralises reactive oxygen species directly, regenerates vitamins C and E so they can work again, and binds to toxins in the liver's phase-two detoxification so they can be excreted. Levels fall with age, illness and oxidative stress. It is used and studied for antioxidant support, liver protection, immune function and skin brightening, where it inhibits the enzyme that makes melanin. The injectable form avoids the poor absorption that limits oral glutathione.
Gonadorelin (GnRH)
Hormone (reproductive)
A synthetic copy of gonadotropin-releasing hormone, the ten-amino-acid signal the hypothalamus sends to the pituitary to release LH and FSH, which in turn drive testosterone in men and ovulation in women. Given in pulses it stimulates the reproductive axis; it is used clinically to test pituitary function, in fertility treatment, and to maintain natural testicular function and fertility during testosterone therapy as an alternative to HCG. It has a short half-life, so it works with the body's rhythm rather than overriding it.
H
HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin)
Hormone (reproductive)
A hormone produced in pregnancy that closely mimics LH, the pituitary signal that tells the testes to make testosterone and the ovaries to release an egg. In men it stimulates the Leydig cells directly and is used to maintain or restore testicular function and fertility during and after hormone suppression; in women it triggers ovulation in fertility treatment. It is available here in 5,000 IU and 10,000 IU vials.
Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails Blend
Combination blend (cosmetic)
A combination injectable put together for hair, skin and nail health. Blends of this kind bring together the nutrients and peptides associated with keratin production, collagen support and follicle health so they are delivered together rather than as separate products. It is supplied as a 10ml vial.
Hexarelin
GH secretagogue
A six-amino-acid growth-hormone-releasing peptide and one of the most potent of its class, producing a larger GH pulse per dose than GHRP-6 or ipamorelin. It is also distinctive for its effects on the heart: it binds the CD36 receptor in cardiac tissue and in animal models improved heart function and protected the heart muscle after ischaemia, independent of its GH action. It is studied for growth-hormone stimulation, recovery and cardioprotection.
HMG (Human Menopausal Gonadotropin)
Hormone (reproductive)
A preparation extracted from the urine of post-menopausal women that contains both FSH and LH activity — the two pituitary hormones that run the reproductive system. It is used in IVF to stimulate the ovaries to produce multiple eggs, and in men with low pituitary output to restart sperm production. It is supplied as 75 IU vials.
Hyaluronic acid
Glycosaminoglycan (not a peptide)
A long sugar-chain molecule found naturally in skin, joints and connective tissue that holds up to a thousand times its weight in water. It is used in skincare for hydration and plumping, in dermal fillers for volume, and injected into joints as viscosupplementation for osteoarthritis, where it restores the cushioning of the joint fluid. It is also studied for wound healing. It sits on this list as a companion to the cosmetic peptides rather than as a peptide itself.
I
IGF-1 LR3
Growth factor
A modified form of insulin-like growth factor 1 with a thirteen-amino-acid extension and a single substitution that stops it binding to the proteins that normally sequester IGF-1 in the blood. The result is an active life of around twenty to thirty hours instead of a few minutes, and a much stronger effect per dose. IGF-1 drives cell growth and proliferation, protein synthesis and glucose uptake, and LR3 is studied for muscle growth — including muscle hyperplasia, the formation of new fibres — and recovery.
Ipamorelin
GH secretagogue
A five-amino-acid growth-hormone secretagogue prized for its selectivity: it triggers a clean pulse of growth hormone through the ghrelin receptor with little or no effect on cortisol, prolactin or appetite, which the older GHRPs all disturb. That profile makes it the preferred secretagogue for stacking with a GHRH analogue such as CJC-1295. It is studied for growth-hormone deficiency, bone density and recovery of gut function after surgery, and used for the general benefits of healthy GH output.
K
Kisspeptin-10
Reproductive neuropeptide
A ten-amino-acid fragment of kisspeptin, the peptide that sits above GnRH in the reproductive hierarchy and switches the whole axis on at puberty. It is studied as a trigger for ovulation in IVF with a lower risk of ovarian over-stimulation than HCG, in hypothalamic amenorrhoea, and in male hypogonadism where it raises LH and testosterone. Brain-imaging research has also linked it to sexual and emotional processing, which is why it appears in libido and mood research as well as fertility.
Klow blend (BPC-157/TB-500/GHK-Cu/KPV)
Multi-peptide healing blend
A four-peptide recovery blend that adds KPV to the BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu combination. KPV brings direct anti-inflammatory action, so the blend covers the full sequence of healing: calming inflammation, driving repair and blood supply into the injured tissue, and remodelling the skin and connective tissue that forms afterwards. It is aimed at injuries with an inflammatory or skin component and is supplied as an 80mg research blend.
KPV
Anti-inflammatory peptide
A three-amino-acid fragment (lysine-proline-valine) from the tail of alpha-MSH that keeps the parent hormone's anti-inflammatory power without its effect on pigmentation. It enters cells directly and switches off NF-κB, the master inflammatory signal, reducing the cytokines that drive tissue damage. It is studied most in gut inflammation — colitis and inflammatory bowel disease models — and in skin conditions and wound healing, and is valued for acting locally with a very simple structure.
L
L-Carnitine
Amino-acid derivative (metabolic)
An amino-acid derivative that acts as the shuttle carrying long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are burned for energy; without it, fat cannot be used as fuel efficiently. It is studied and used for fat metabolism, endurance, recovery from exercise — where it reduces markers of muscle damage — and in metabolic contexts. The injectable form delivers far more than oral carnitine, most of which is not absorbed. Supplied as 600mg in a 10ml vial.
Lemon Bottle
Lipolytic solution (fat dissolving)
A lipolytic injectable solution used in aesthetic clinics for reducing localised pockets of fat — under the chin, the abdomen, arms and thighs — rather than for whole-body weight loss. Its formulation is built around riboflavin (vitamin B2), bromelain and lecithin: bromelain is proposed to break down the proteins of the fat-cell membrane, lecithin to emulsify the released fat so the body can clear it, and riboflavin to support the metabolism of that fat. It is known as a non-surgical fat-dissolving treatment and is supplied as a 10mg vial.
Lipo-C (Fat Blaster)
Lipotropic blend (metabolic)
A lipotropic injectable blend from the family of "lipo" formulations, built around compounds that help the liver process fat and move it out of storage — typically methionine, inositol and choline, often with B-vitamins and carnitine. Lipotropics support the breakdown and transport of fat and are used alongside diet and exercise programmes in fat-loss and body-composition work. It is available in four concentrations: the lighter LC120 and LC216, and the Fat Blaster strengths LC526 and LC533.
LL-37
Antimicrobial peptide
The only human cathelicidin, a thirty-seven-amino-acid antimicrobial peptide produced by immune cells and the skin as a first line of defence. It punches holes in the membranes of bacteria, fungi and some viruses, and is effective against biofilms that resist conventional antibiotics. Beyond killing microbes it recruits immune cells, promotes new blood-vessel growth and drives skin cells to close over wounds. It is studied for chronic wounds, infection resistance and immune modulation.
M
Melanotan-1 (Afamelanotide)
Melanocortin peptide (tanning)
A straight-chain analogue of alpha-MSH, the hormone that tells skin cells to make melanin. It stimulates eumelanin — the protective brown-black pigment — through the MC1 receptor, producing a tan without UV exposure and increasing the skin's own photoprotection. It is highly selective for that receptor, so it tans without the appetite and libido effects of Melanotan-2. The prescription form, afamelanotide, is approved for erythropoietic protoporphyria, a rare condition in which sunlight causes severe pain.
Melanotan-2
Melanocortin peptide (tanning)
A cyclic analogue of alpha-MSH that activates several melanocortin receptors at once. Through MC1 it drives melanin production and tanning; through MC3 and MC4 it produces the effects it became known for beyond tanning — increased libido and erectile response, and reduced appetite. Those sexual effects were strong enough that a derivative, PT-141, was developed specifically for them. It is studied for tanning, photoprotection and sexual function.
Melatonin
Hormone (sleep)
The hormone the pineal gland releases in darkness to tell the body it is night, setting the timing of the sleep-wake cycle. It is used and studied for sleep onset, resetting the body clock after jet lag or shift work, and circadian-rhythm disorders, and beyond sleep it is a powerful antioxidant with research interest in immune function and neuroprotection. Production declines with age, which is part of why sleep changes in later life. Supplied here as a 10mg vial.
MGF (Mechano Growth Factor)
Growth factor
A variant of IGF-1 that muscle produces locally in the hours after mechanical loading or damage. Its job is to wake up satellite cells — the muscle's reserve of stem cells — and make them multiply before they fuse into the fibre to repair and enlarge it. It is studied for muscle repair and growth, and for neuroprotection, where it is also expressed after injury. Native MGF lasts only minutes in the blood, which is why a pegylated version exists for systemic use.
MOTS-c
Mitochondrial-derived peptide
A sixteen-amino-acid peptide encoded not in the cell's nucleus but in the mitochondria's own DNA, one of a small class of mitochondrial-derived peptides. It acts as a metabolic regulator: via AMPK and the folate cycle it shifts cells toward burning fuel efficiently, and in mice it prevented diet-induced obesity and insulin resistance and improved exercise capacity. Levels fall with age and rise with exercise, and it is studied as an exercise mimetic and for metabolic ageing. Available in 10mg, 20mg and 40mg.
N
NAD+
Coenzyme (metabolic)
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, a coenzyme present in every cell that carries electrons in the reactions that turn food into energy, and that serves as the raw material for sirtuins and PARPs — the enzymes responsible for DNA repair and cellular maintenance. Levels fall substantially with age. It is studied for energy, mitochondrial function, cognitive ageing, recovery and the biology of ageing generally. Injectable and intravenous forms bypass the digestive breakdown that limits oral precursors. Available in 100mg, 500mg and 1000mg.
O
Oxytocin
Hormone / neuropeptide
A nine-amino-acid hormone released from the pituitary during childbirth, breastfeeding and close social contact, often called the bonding hormone. Clinically it induces or strengthens labour and controls bleeding afterward. In research it is studied for social anxiety, trust and pair bonding, social function in autism, and stress reduction, with most of that work using nasal or injectable forms. Available in 2mg and 5mg vials.
P
PEG-MGF
Growth factor (pegylated)
Mechano growth factor with a polyethylene-glycol chain attached, which extends its life in the body from minutes to days and allows it to act systemically rather than only where it was injected. That opens a longer window in which it can activate satellite cells throughout worked muscle. It is studied for muscle recovery and repair after training and injury.
Phosphate Buffered Saline (reagent)
Solvent / reagent
A buffered salt solution used as a diluent for reconstitution.
Sizes: 10ml
Pinealon
Bioregulator peptide
A three-amino-acid peptide (glutamate-aspartate-arginine) from the Russian bioregulator family developed by Khavinson's group. It is studied for neuroprotection and cognitive function in ageing, reducing oxidative stress in brain cells and improving markers of brain function in older subjects, and it is proposed to act by adjusting gene expression within neurons. Available in 5mg, 10mg and 20mg.
PT-141 (Bremelanotide)
Melanocortin peptide (sexual health)
A cyclic melanocortin peptide derived from Melanotan-2 and refined to keep the effect on sexual desire while dropping the tanning. It acts on MC4 receptors in the brain, so unlike PDE5 drugs such as sildenafil it works on desire and arousal centrally rather than on blood flow. The prescription form, bremelanotide (Vyleesi), is approved for hypoactive sexual desire disorder in premenopausal women, and it is studied in men for erectile dysfunction that does not respond to PDE5 inhibitors.
R
Retatrutide
Triple agonist (metabolic)
A single peptide that activates three hormone receptors at once — GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon. The GLP-1 and GIP actions suppress appetite and improve insulin response as in semaglutide and tirzepatide; the glucagon action adds something neither has, raising energy expenditure and driving fat out of the liver. In Phase 2 trials it produced up to about 24% weight loss at 48 weeks, the largest of any obesity compound reported at that stage, along with dramatic reductions in liver fat. It is in Phase 3 trials for obesity and related conditions. Available in vials from 5mg to 100mg and as a 10ml pre-filled pen.
Retatrutide + Cagrilintide (blend)
Triple agonist + amylin analog combo
Retatrutide and cagrilintide in one vial at matched doses, combining the triple-agonist with an amylin analogue. Retatrutide works through GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors; cagrilintide works through amylin receptors, a separate fullness pathway, so the two reduce appetite by different routes and their effects add rather than overlap. It follows the same logic as CagriSema but with the stronger triple agonist. Available as 5mg+5mg and 10mg+10mg.
Sizes: 5mg+5mg, 10mg+10mg
Reusable Injection Pen
Supplies
A reusable pen for drawing up and delivering reconstituted solution, used in place of individual syringes.
S
Selank
Anxiolytic peptide
A seven-amino-acid peptide built from tuftsin, a natural immune-regulating fragment, with an extension that stabilises it. It is used medically in Russia for anxiety, where trials found an anti-anxiety effect comparable to benzodiazepines but without sedation, dependence or withdrawal. It works by modulating GABA, serotonin and the brain's own enkephalins and raising BDNF, and it is studied for anxiety, stress resilience, and the memory and attention benefits that accompany reduced anxiety.
Semaglutide
GLP-1 agonist (metabolic)
A long-acting analogue of GLP-1, the gut hormone released after eating that tells the pancreas to release insulin, slows stomach emptying and signals fullness to the brain. A fatty-acid chain lets it last a week per dose. It is approved for type 2 diabetes and obesity as Ozempic and Wegovy, produced around 15% weight loss at 68 weeks in the STEP trials, and in the SELECT trial reduced major cardiovascular events in people with obesity. It is the compound that defined the current generation of weight-management research.
Semax
Nootropic peptide
A synthetic peptide built from a fragment of ACTH (amino acids 4 to 7) with a stabilising tail, engineered to keep ACTH's effects on the brain while removing its hormonal action. It raises BDNF and NGF, the factors that maintain and grow neurons, and is used medically in Russia for stroke recovery, cognitive disorders and optic-nerve conditions. It is studied for attention, memory, learning, neuroprotection and resilience under stress, and is one of the most established nootropic peptides.
Sermorelin
GHRH analog (growth hormone)
The first twenty-nine amino acids of growth-hormone-releasing hormone, which is all the pituitary needs to respond. It stimulates the body's own growth hormone in natural pulses and leaves the feedback loops that regulate GH intact, which is why it is regarded as the gentlest way to raise GH output. It was used for years as a diagnostic test and as a treatment for growth-hormone deficiency in children, and is studied in adults for restoring declining GH, sleep quality and body composition.
SLU-PP-332
ERR agonist (exercise mimetic)
A synthetic compound that activates all three estrogen-related receptors (ERRα, β and γ), the master switches that endurance training uses to remodel muscle. Turning them on directly reproduces much of that remodelling without the training: in mice it increased mitochondrial content, raised fat oxidation, shifted muscle toward fatigue-resistant fibres and reduced fat mass, and treated animals ran around 70% longer than controls without any change in food intake. Developed at Saint Louis University, it is studied as an exercise mimetic for endurance, fat loss and metabolic health. Available in 5mg and 10mg.
SNAP-8
Cosmetic peptide
An eight-amino-acid cosmetic peptide (acetyl octapeptide-3) that extends the well-known Argireline sequence. It mimics part of SNAP-25, a protein muscles need to receive the signal to contract, and by competing with it reduces the repeated micro-contractions that fold skin into expression lines. It is used topically around the eyes and forehead and is marketed as a milder, needle-free alternative to botulinum toxin, with studies reporting around 30% reduction in wrinkle depth.
SS-31 (Elamipretide)
Mitochondria-targeting peptide
A four-amino-acid peptide that concentrates in the inner membrane of mitochondria, where it binds cardiolipin — the lipid that holds the energy-producing machinery in shape. By stabilising that structure it restores ATP production and cuts the leakage of damaging free radicals. It is approved as elamipretide (Forzinity) for Barth syndrome, a mitochondrial disease, and is studied for heart failure, mitochondrial myopathy, dry macular degeneration and the loss of muscle function with age. Available in 10mg and 50mg.
Super Human Blend
Combination blend (performance)
A high-concentration multi-compound blend at 865mg/ml, put together as an all-round performance and recovery formulation — the idea being to deliver the supporting compounds used across training, recovery and general wellbeing in a single vial rather than several. Supplied as 10ml.
Survodutide
Dual agonist (metabolic)
A dual agonist of the GLP-1 and glucagon receptors developed by Boehringer Ingelheim. The GLP-1 action reduces appetite and improves blood-sugar control; the glucagon action increases energy expenditure and pulls fat out of the liver. In Phase 2 trials it produced up to about 19% weight loss at 46 weeks, and a separate trial in MASH — fatty liver disease with inflammation — showed improvement in liver fat and scarring in most participants. It is in Phase 3 trials for obesity and liver disease.
T
TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4)
Healing / recovery peptide
The synthetic form of the active region of Thymosin Beta-4, a protein present in almost every cell that regulates actin, the scaffolding cells use to move and change shape. By freeing cells to migrate it promotes repair across the body: new blood-vessel growth, reduced inflammation, and faster closure of wounds. It is studied for tendon and muscle recovery, cardiac repair after heart attack, corneal and skin wound healing, and is well known in veterinary and equine recovery. Unlike BPC-157 it acts systemically, which is why the two are so often paired. Available in 2mg, 5mg and 10mg.
Tesamorelin
GHRH analog (growth hormone)
A stabilised analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone approved as Egrifta for reducing visceral fat — the deep abdominal fat around the organs — in HIV-associated lipodystrophy, where it cut visceral fat by around 15-18% in trials. It raises the body's own growth hormone and IGF-1 within the normal range rather than above it. It is also studied for fat in the liver and for cognition in older adults, where it improved several measures of memory and executive function. Available from 2mg to 20mg.
Thymalin
Immune peptide
A polypeptide extract of the thymus, the gland that trains the immune system's T-cells and that shrinks steadily from adolescence onward. It is used in Russia and Eastern Europe to restore immune function after infection, illness or treatment, and long-term studies by Khavinson's group in elderly cohorts reported restored immune parameters and reduced mortality over years of follow-up. It belongs to the bioregulator class and is studied for immune modulation and healthy ageing.
Thymosin Alpha-1
Immune peptide
A twenty-eight-amino-acid peptide originally isolated from thymus tissue and approved as thymalfasin (Zadaxin) in more than thirty countries. It enhances the maturation of T-cells, the activity of natural killer cells and the function of dendritic cells that present threats to the immune system, sharpening the immune response without over-stimulating it. It is used for hepatitis B and C, as a vaccine adjuvant and in sepsis, and is studied in cancer supportive care and immune restoration. Available in 5mg and 10mg.
Tirzepatide
Dual agonist (metabolic)
A single peptide that activates both the GIP and GLP-1 receptors, the two gut hormones that respond to food, and the first dual agonist of its kind. It suppresses appetite, slows stomach emptying and improves insulin response more strongly than GLP-1 alone. It is approved for type 2 diabetes as Mounjaro and for obesity as Zepbound, produced around 21-22% weight loss at 72 weeks in the SURMOUNT trials, and is also approved for obstructive sleep apnoea in obesity. Available in vials from 5mg to 120mg.
V
Vial Storage Case
Supplies
A foam-lined case that holds 3ml vials upright and protected, in 6-slot and 9-slot sizes.
VIP (Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide)
Signaling peptide
A twenty-eight-amino-acid signalling peptide produced throughout the gut, brain, lungs and immune system. It relaxes smooth muscle and widens blood vessels, stimulates gut secretion and motility, and steers the immune system away from inflammation toward tolerance. It is studied for pulmonary hypertension, sarcoidosis and other inflammatory lung conditions, for neuroprotection, and it is a central part of protocols for chronic inflammatory response syndrome. Supplied as a 10mg vial.
Vitamin B12 (B1210)
Vitamin
Cobalamin, the vitamin essential for making red blood cells, maintaining the myelin sheath around nerves, synthesising DNA and processing homocysteine. Deficiency shows up as fatigue, numbness and cognitive fog, and is common where absorption is impaired — pernicious anaemia, gastric surgery, long-term metformin or acid-suppressing medication, and plant-based diets. The injectable form bypasses the gut entirely, which is why it is used where oral B12 is not absorbed and for rapid correction of low levels. Supplied as a 10ml vial.
