L-Carnitine 600mg / 10ml

An amino-acid derivative that acts as the shuttle carrying long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are burned for energy; without it, fat cannot be used as fuel efficiently. It is studied and used for fat metabolism, endurance, recovery from exercise — where it reduces markers of muscle damage — and in metabolic contexts. The injectable form delivers far more than oral carnitine, most of which is not absorbed. Supplied as 600mg in a 10ml vial.
